For our last day at the Disney Parks, we went back to Magic Kingdom. We took it a little slower this time and took some time for those classic photo ops.

We visited Mickey's house,

Saw Pinocchio

Stopped at Mickeys mail box

walked through Donald's boat

Swung from the ropes,

and passed by Minnie's house,

stopped in front of the castle to see the statue of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse

And wondered how long one person can hold that many balloons?

We also did a little more pin trading.

The lines were so long today, that we decided to go back to the hotel, take a nap, get dinner, and go back and do some of the rides that the little kids would be done at after the fireworks and parade at night.
When we returned, it was pouring rain.

Most people were huddled inside shops, or under awnings to keep dry, not willing to buy ponchos at the Disney price. We had taken ponchos with us, and so off we went through the puddles. We were able to walk right on to several rides without a wait in line at all
While we were on Pirate's of the
Caribbean, the pumps that ran the ride stopped, and so we were stuck for about 10 minutes. I decided to take a few pics.

We did the Toy Story ride here too.
It was almost as fun as the one yesterday at Hollywood Studios.

And then about 40 minutes late, when all the lightning was gone, we watched the firework show.

It was more fun without the crowds that left when the rain lasted so long.

And Zak pouted the whole time because he has decided that he doesn't like fireworks.

Just then, we realized that the late
Spectromagic parade was starting.
So we went and got an Ice Cream Sundae to share, and sat on the curb with front row seats for the parade.

Mickey started out the parade...as always.

It had a lot of the Disney characters, but some of the best were.....
Ursula, the Sea Witch

Cinderella and Prince Charming

Captain Hook

And
Jimminy Cricket

Wow, what a vacation. We had an amazing time, and hopefully, the kids will talk about this for the rest of their lives.
I loved spending so much time with my family.
I love you guys!

The rain and the ponchos create memories that you will never forget, I think. Not to mention how fun it is not to have to wait in line. I'm glad you guys had a great time.
